For the team at Green Community Catalysts, it’s all about the impact. It’s about achieving a high level of carbon emission reduction at a low cost. We help communities do this through training and consulting.
We are passionate about the future of our planet - we are passionate about doing all that we can do to reduce our planet’s carbon footprint.
As a commitment to being an impact driven organization, we practice triple bottom-line management and are pending B-corp status.
Mission
It’s our mission to foster green communities around the world that result in lower carbon emissions and a balance with nature by developing a network of local leaders through training, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.

Values
As an impact driven organization, our values revolve around three primary concepts:

We believe that with so little time, we need to work together to accelerate change.
We need to work together with other partners in each community and we need to work together across communities.
Sharing what works and what does not work is essential.

We believe that we need everyone’s support in making the shift to a low carbon community.
Because the shift for those less privileged will often be harder, we need to provide them with extra support in a way that helps, versus hurts, their livelihood.

We believe that people take action and shift behaviors for different reasons.
Not everyone will make eco-friendly choices for the sake of the planet - and that is OK. Making eco-friendly choices for other reasons still accomplishes our goal of reducing carbon emissions.
Our job is to find the WHY for the various demographics within our communities.
